You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. 9700 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. You must notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. 9700 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents to ensure compliance with its anti-fraud and anti-money laundering policies.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 9700 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt 9700's systems and technical infrastructure.
- Spreading false, misleading, or deceptive information about the platform.
- Using the platform for any purpose that contravenes applicable Malaysian law.
- Conducting financial transactions linked to illegal activities or money laundering.

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, account balance freeze, and legal action as deemed appropriate at 9700's sole discretion.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 9700 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods approved by the platform, including supported online banking and e-wallet options.
9700 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as daily withdrawal limits, for each account. These limits may vary based on your account verification level and membership status. All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and identity verification procedures.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, 9700 reserves the right to freeze or forfeit any remaining account balance at the time of closure, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 9700 platform are the exclusive property of 9700 and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from 9700.
